Who can refer a family
We work with several different agencies, programs and businesses who support kids in need in our community. If you are a social worker, case worker, or employee of a qualifying local social service agency or program, referring a child is easy. Review the qualifcations to shop below. If the child(ren) meet the requirements then just click on the form link below and print a copy of the referal form. Fill it out with the parent(s) or guardian(s) and have them call us for an appointment. It is that easy. We may call you to confirm the child(ren) are eligible but other than that your job is done.
Qualifications to Shop
To become a JoyMarie's shopper requires ALL of the following:
- The child lives in Colorado.
- The child is 18 years old or younger.
- The child currently is living in out of home care thru the Department of Human Services (DHS) or is currently receiving services from another qualified social service agency or group.
- Receive a referral form from a social worker, case worker, or employee of a qualifying local social service agency or program.
- After you receive a referral form, call JoyMarie's for an appointment at 719.495.5191. Copy of Referral Form

Betty Moore has put in countless hours washing clothes, sorting clothes, and helping to keep us organized. After spending time with her horse Suzie which she boards at Shooting Star Ranch where JoyMarie's is currently located, she then stays and volunteers or picks up a few loads of clothes to bring home. We appreciate her help and cherish her positive spirit.
